The program shall not be used in combination with other credit, special discount programs or promotional offers.
Points may not be awarded on prior purchases.
Points are only awarded from the time you become a member of the program.
Tokens received for award level point redemption are not eligible for program points.
 

Calculation of points

Each dollar spent purchasing tokens of balls at Fairway Golf Center is awarded (1) Frequent Golfer Program Point.
